About Connie
Meet Connie
Connie Karas Landry has over 25 years of experience in healing and manual therapeutic techniques.
She became a Louisiana Licensed Massage Therapist in 2001 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
Her background in anatomy, movement, exercise, and hands-on bodywork eventually led her to Rolfing® Structural Integration, a whole-body approach that aligned with the way she had already come to understand the body.
Rather than looking at one muscle, one joint, or one painful area in isolation, Rolfing considers how the entire body works together. That perspective became an important part of Connie's practice, and she became a Certified Rolfer from the Boulder Institute of Rolfing SI in 2012.
Today, she combines her education in exercise science, extensive hands-on experience, and specialized training in Rolfing® Structural Integration to provide thoughtful, individualized care for every client.
Connie has offices in both Metairie and Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and is continually dedicated to her mission of facilitating healing and overall wellness.
