What is Rolfing?

Rolfing is a physically applied therapeutic practice, administered typically in a series of ten sessions with the objective of maximizing the body and mind’s wellbeing. In addition to hands-on manipulation, you will learn new ways of moving, discover a greater sense of self, and be eased out of habits that are negative to your body and caused your original issues. Who Can Benefit?

Rolfing is beneficial for a broad range of people of all ages and conditions, and concentrates on preventative techniques in contemporary healthcare. If you have bad posture, want to move more easily, ease chronic pain, feel younger, achieve fascial release, perform better in athletics or your job, then the Rolfing Method may be appropriate for you.
